First thing you see are the lines.

After that you notice the wizard, the 5 boxers and the jet plane. Googling this brings you to the following panagram (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pangram):

Now looking at the lines reveals that the lines are on exactly 26 wooden panels.

Put the panagram on the panels, and use the start / end points of the lines as letters like this:

The hint tells us to look for the full name of the architect.
