Solving this was easy and hard just need little focus.

Change the ancient name to the chess piece according to the clue Stella gave

a8: Black Shang,

b8: Black Donghu,

c8: White Donghu

g7: Black Aksumite 

f3: White Shang

a2&b2: Black Olmec

The Shang is the king, Donghu is the Queen, Aksumite Bishop, Olmec is Pawn.

and we get this:

by only doing 4 moves we can get to  perpetual draw meaning a repetitive step.

and the white are up for next move.

the moves are: Qa6+ Qa7 Qc8+ Qb8

then after this move cause it repeat it self the game come to draw.

the final code is: Qa6+Qa7Qc8+Qb8
