The text is "OWBURNIELFELABLDLUUYABTT_YEIT_IAFE_".

If you write it like

OWBUR
NIELF
ELABL
DLUUY
ABTT_
YEIT_
IAFE_
you can then read the text from top to bottom:
"one day i will be a beautiful butterfly".
