First, you need to look at the ovals in the right window.
Second, you realize there are lines through the ovals, count them.
Third, you realize the lines are either to the left, the center or the right of the ovals.
The numbers with their position are:
M6 R6 L6 L3 M3 L7 R5 M8 L6 M3
And last, #clue tells you to decode the numbers using vanity (telephone letters):
