The purpose of the images and the text is to find 5 magicians.

This list is very helpful:

After some fiddling with the wikipedia list of magicians, you can find the followig five:

The problem is correctly assigning them to the lines:

He’s Jablanica’s uppermost peak => This is easy, it is HarryBlackstone (peak is black stone)

And he makes judgement calls while you sleep.=> also easy, HarryAnderson (tv series is called night court)

He has hair but is bald, => This is hard: HowardThurston (he has hair, but is not "ha(i)rry")

He can hear you when called => also a hard one: HarryKellar (Kellar => Caller)

Most famous and filled with mystique => not really a hint at all: HarryHoudini (use elimination)

So, in order and with assigned numbers, we get:

Most famous and filled with mystique, #1 = HarryHoudini = 2-9

He’s Jablanica’s uppermost peak #2 = HarryBlackstone = 1-14

He can hear you when called, #3 = HarryKellar = 6-7

He has hair but is bald, #4 = HowardThurston = 1-7-9

If we simply take the N-th characters of the names (e.g. second and ninth from "HarryHoudini"), we get
