So, where does still water run ? Deep, right. So , what could stella mean ? If you continue the thought, where do you land ? 

Right, at the point at the opposite side of the earth through the middle. That is what i think is meant by the hint.

The solution is to use the number-pairs as decimal degrees and to multiply each number with -1.

The resulting locations show letters if you zoom into them in Google Maps.

If you check out all locations (no, i'm not going to do that for you here, i'm also a bit lazy ;-)), you end up with the solution.

PS: In case you noticed that multiplying by -1 is merely inverting a two-dimensional vector, and does not result in a point on the other side of the earth - you're right.
