So, the fist thing that comes to mind is that all clocks show times from 1 - 4 o clock:
3:10, 1:05, 1:01, 3:08, 2:04, 3:10, 4:08
1:06, 3:09, 1:07, 3:01, 2:10, 4:06
The idea that comes to mind immediatly (at least if you know book-code) is to use the minutes as the N-th character of a word from the days 1 to 4 ( the week only had 4 challenges since monday was the escape party).
For "destination", this is easy: Simple use the Minute-th character of the Hour-th challenge solution:

Day 3:theleatHeRman
Day 4:vagabunDo
=> Richard
People had more problems with the "Origin" part since the above method does not work.
If the Challenge solution is the destination, what is the origin ?
