The file is named "greenscren.png", i have uploaded it here for you:
Some fiddling with gimp or something similar reveals that the file uses two different but very similar greens.
The easy method is to fiddle around with hue / lightness /saturation untill you can slightly see the contained text.
Alternatively, you can convert the image to a format that uses a palette and assign a new palette to the image, which shows the contained text in more clarity:

Now i'm not a gfx person, so there probably are lots of better methods out there.
