Update 1: 

After researching and asking people I gatherd this information and still i cant implimented it 100% but close enough.

Stella says "Some people find my games hard to resist..." in the top of the page and the challange name is convo.

All these clue indicate that each row of the picture are resistors color combination (very center of each logo represent a color) and you need to convert them.

after converting each line to a number adding them togeather we get a big number and adding "ohms" for total number of the resistors.

Here the table of color combination for resistors:

lets do first row of the picture if we look at the center of each logo we have this:

Brown       Red       Blue  

Which first logo is Digit 1, second is Digit 2 and third one is Multiplier. according to this we get 

Brown =1  Red= 2  Blue= 10⁶     ====> 12 * 10⁶ = 12000000

we do that repeatly and add all the number togeather:

0.30 (This one has issue it must be 3 by changing the silver to gold then will get correct answer)

This is the result we get without that fix , if we fix that (I dont know how they did it) we get (12121212) the correct number and adding OHMS to the end we get 12121212ohms
