First, you need to save the image and realize it's called "ricky.jpg".

After that, you need to realizes that Ping has the "P" "N" "G" letters bold.

Then, you need to work out that Rickies partner is "lucy". No clue about the cultural refence here, Google suggests https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_and_Ricky_Ricardo

After that, you need to download

Ypu will realize there's quite a lot of transparency, and that the lucy image appears to be smaller that the ricky one.

The solution is to place the lucy over ricky like this:
