This is actually pretty easy for a friday.

First. look at the lights on the tower. See the colors ? 3 different colors ... so lets try base 3.

If we use blue=2 , red=1, grey = 0, we get

If we convert those numbers to letters using rumkin, we get

After looking at that hard, you see it's just "power ranger" the other way round.
