This one appears to be hard, so i'll post what i know:

2552170 = 255 217 0 = color code of the yellow blocks

23600 = 236 0 0 = color code of the red blocks

0 85 168 = color code of the blue blocks

The numbers are composed from these color values.

The way on from here is currently unknown to me.

However, people were able to guess it from the saturday riddle.
